Founded by dr. Matth\u00e4us Grilc in the year 1979, the law firm Grilc Vouk Ranz Zenz has vast knowledge of the commercial law and political relations in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the early 1980ies, the law firm Grilc Vouk Ranz Zenz has advised many companies from the former Yugoslavia now carrying out their business activities in Austria.
Since the independence of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia in the 1990ies, our law firm has regularly advised German and Austrian entities on their business activities in the successor states of the former Yugoslavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The law firm Grilc Vouk Ranz Zenz was shareholder of the first private limited liability company with foreign shareholders established in the former Yugoslavia after 1945.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the law firm Grilc Vouk Ranz Zenz is one of the founders of the SLG Slavia Law Group, a European association of lawyers specializing in the legal systems of Central and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

On July 1st, 1979, the law firm now called GRILC-VOUK-\u0160KOF started to operate. On that day and at the same address where the law firm still has its premises today, Dr Matev\u017e Grilc opened the law firm in a small room. Through time the lawyers Dr Ronald Grilc, Mag. Rudolf Vouk and finally Dr Marija \u0160kof joined the firm and it became the widely known law firm it is today. With every new partner, the field of activity and the radius of action increased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the coming weeks and months we are going to present important events from the 40-year-old history of the firm, significant rulings, key achievements, as well as the development of the legal firm, which is anchored in the small minority of Carinthian Slovenes, and which does not only work on both sides of the border in Austria and Slovenia, but literally throughout Europe.
